Responsibilities:
– To handle enquiries
– To generate sales quotation & breakdown quotation based on ad-hoc
– Process order received
– Service appointment / planning
– Prepare job card & invoice
– Customer Base Report updating (Service Planner) / Install Base
– Coordinate service request by SE with Operation Team
– Ensuring sales flow from the day of order receipt to closing of the job
